La Patisserie is a French inspired pastry shop featuring fresh made pastries, breakfast treats, desserts and chocolates created right here at NFCI by our pastry chefs and students. You can also grab a specialty coffee drink or tea.
La Patisserie provides a hands-on real world learning environment for the students of the NFCI Pastry Arts curriculum. The goal of this casual eat-in or take-out operation is to simulate a retail bakery that offers a variety of European sweets and Breakfast Sandwiches from bite sized desserts to homemade gelato. This outlet allows pastry students to hone their skills and understand the retail business model in a "real" working pastry shop.
The Pastry Production Experience classes - PAS 205 and PAS 207 - give students a chance to work in the high volume retail sales environment of a free standing pastry shop.
Monday - Friday: 8 am. - 4 pm.

Saturday, November 30, 10 am. to 7 pm.
Sunday, December 1st, 12 pm. to 4 pm.
Friday, December 6, 13 and 20th - 5 pm. to 8 pm.
Saturday December 7, 14, 21st - 10 am. to 7 pm.
Sunday, December 8, 15, and 22nd - 12 pm. to 4 pm.
