Non-credit One Day Cooking Classes

The Niagara Falls Culinary Institute offers a variety of hands-on culinary, baking, and beverage classes. Whether you are coming on your own, having a date night, or booking a birthday party for your kids - we can teach you to cook like a pro. Don’t forget the best part… you get to eat what you make! Each class is a good mix of information, demonstration and hands-on learning.
